Anaerobic Fungi Genomes: Most of the sequenced anaerobic fungi (Neocallimastigomycetes) genomes that are publically available can be downloaded from the U.S. Dept. of Energy Joint Genome Institute (JGI).  JGI hosts Mycocosm, which is a web platform to analyze and compare genomes across the fungal kingdom. Draft genomes are improved upon and updated frequently. Please note you need to create an account (at no charge) in order to be able to download data.

Mycocosm Tutorial: New to Mycocosm and want to know what it can do for you? How you can access not just genome data but also transcriptome insights and more? Then why not check out the JGI tutorial on Mycocosm and/or consult their associated FAQ section.

JGI Webinars: Past webinars (2020) related to the Integrated Microbial Genomics & Microbiomes portal of JGI are all available to watch back at your convenience. Lots of different topics are covered so well worth a look to see what you can learn!
